You could’ve left the compass in English. It’s much easier for me to say north, east, west, south than in my first language, which is Polish. I really hope you’ll at least add an option in the settings where I can switch the compass to English, because right now it’s hard for me to orient myself, especially when I need to quickly give directions to my teammates.

Totally agree. We are not using polish directions like in the game, on an everyday basis we are using N-S-W-E indicators. Pn-pd-wsch-zach is just confusing I think
Yes, even if i use polish directions names its easier to read it in English
For someone who only speaks Polish, surely they need the Polish version?
but tbh, if u dont understand "north, south, east, west" i dont think gray zone is the right game
but it's a localisation
Translated variant is correct but simply confusing, especially during gunfights.
Honestly I don't know anyone who prefers local variant over worldwide standard NESW
@still hearth In every milsim/tactical game, I always use NESW, so it's much easier for me than saying 'Południowy Zachód' in Polish (South West). I think translating the compass into any language other than English is overkill. The compass should be in English.
I mean the habits I've gotten used to from playing milsim and tactical games. You're not Polish, so you don't understand that.
Youre taught NSWE in primary school in Poland so everyone uses it when it comes to compasses. I dont think you can even buy a compass that uses anything else
this the real reason then to disable the compass localisation
Yeah every other reason is also good, but seeing a translated compass just makes no sense to us
Yeah same for me
