some plants spawn in like this, unable to angle correctly to the substrate. taking them in and out of the inventory doesn't fix it and it appears to be specific to the individual plant, as if i use a different plant (even of the same species) it is either correct or angled differently.

Happens to me too, with some plants you can orient them back to normal but from my experience the grass/moss is fairly buggy and doesnt rotate properly

I think it's just moss, just happened with flame moss
had six available in Aaliyah's and only one didn't go wonky
