- Unlimited Sprinting Removes All Downsides
Right now, anyone can sprint at full pace all game with little to no punishment. This removes a massive part of tactical football and encourages chaotic play. It feels fun at first, but it destroys balance.
- Defensive Overload Becomes Far Too Easy
Because overall stamina doesn’t drain, every opponent can sprint back instantly and get behind the ball. There are matches where strikers are dropping into centre-back positions and getting back in time with zero consequence.
This makes attacking extremely difficult — especially build-up play — because the midfield becomes almost irrelevant when every player can track back at full speed constantly.
- Midfield Play Is Being Removed From the Game
The lack of stamina drain removes the natural separation between different positions. Midfielders used to matter for transitioning play, but now the whole team can collapse behind the ball instantly with no fatigue or slowdown.
- The Old System Rewarded Smart Play
The previous stamina system rewarded smart movement and punished constant sprinting. The new system feels like it removes tradeoffs entirely.
- Stamina Attribute, Relentless & Relentless+ Feel Pointless Now
With this current system, why even have stamina as a stat?
Why have Relentless or Relentless+?
If everyone can sprint forever with no drain, these options lose their purpose.
Players who want more stamina should have to invest stat points or choose stamina-based playstyles. There should be meaningful tradeoffs in pro builds — right now there aren’t any.
-Request-
Please consider reintroducing proper overall stamina drain or rebalancing the current system. A good football game needs decision-making, balance, and tradeoffs — not unlimited stamina from every player.
