started the game 2 weeks ago . I'm still new learning. I spend some money for packs going slow having fun . Then some guy in Facebook said he sell coins for small price . So I bought from him . ( His way of selling is that I post player to sell for high price and he buy it then I pay him for how much coin i got ) I know I sound stupid . But I swear I didn't know that is illegal and I can be banned ..
Few hours after I got banned . I appealed 2 times and I got denied. Can someone help me . I need to speak with some customer support directly. Please help guys .

selling coins is against the tos. you'll get banned no matter what. I think there is enough info about ea fighting back coinsellers with bans like that... you can maybe get a trade ban at most but beyond that you're account is cooked

Yes I figured out that late . I just started playing like 10 days before the ban . First time , new account . I know it's not believable but I really thought it's normal and legal .
