What ? Goalkeeper movement should not be in the game in the first place

have you watched anders vergjang moving his keeper years ago in the finals, that is pure skill and it‘s nice to have the possibility to stop a goal using ur brain and playing mind games
I don‘t understand why it should help bad players? if you move wrong, you get punished

No its not pure skill and no one is Anders, stop trying to copy what they do because we can't
2 or 3 years ago for example, all Anders was doing was stepovers to gain speed quickly with the ball carrier, that was not a skill and it shouldn't be in the game in the first place...
If you want to use your brain its up to the back line, not the GK

Majority of the players who often use this gk movement do it because they suck at defending so its their last chance to not concede

that‘s simply not true, you can fir example move ur keeper into one angle and close the other angle with your player, that is 100% skill

you talk about „this“ goalkepper movement like you don‘t use it yourself and you talk about it like you save every shot when you just move but it‘s far more than that and in my opinion it should always be rewarded to guess the right direction just like back then

and eceryone in higher divisions use it and it‘s not because they suck at defending🤣

I'm only talking about the gk movement, you clearly see that I said that you and me will never be at his level

I dont use it, I'm not using mecanics that I think should not be in the game, I didn't use stepovers at the time and still manage to have a decent level in this ahh game

People are far too good at moving the gk because its easier than actually defending

I'd like to see your gameplay one day just to verify something
And to finish, yes people who use this movement every time don't know how to defend and end their matches with 80 tackles

what do you mean by you want to see my gameplay to verify something? I reach top 500 in rivals since like 7-8 years, I don‘t need an evaluation of a casual player

So all pro players and decent players don‘t know how to defend but you do🤣🤣 you probably sit in division 7 and rage because every low driven shot gets in because you‘re too proud to use gk movement

This must be a joke, golkeeper movement should 100% be out of the game. The skill should be defending, then it should be up to whether they score or not. It's not mind games when you just move it to the obvious shooting post in 0.1 seconds and the player has to shoot

Goalkeeper movement is plenty fast. If you predict where the opponent is going to shoot 9/10 if you move your keeper you will save it. Why do you want the ability to jockey with your goalie like it’s a defender? Thats ridiculous
