Pre-order icons and FC points

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition of FC 26 on the 23rd of August and i haven’t been provided with any pre-order icons nor any fc points as promised nor Season 1 premium pass.
It’s a genuinely frustrating ordeal and i hope this issue can be rectified soon enough and compensation can be in place.
