You should contact EA and maybe file a ticket with them.
They have ea forums and they have admin on there. Just find the right forum and post your concern

Seems majority of people including myself who got effected by the Ban glitch has had it overturned, chances is seeing so many people got effected by it, it will probz take time.

3 days in progress with no results, I don't know why they need so much time, they check the history of my 5h trial. I played 130h in fc24 without a problem, now they banned that too.

I don't believe it, my ban was upheld, I still have no reason for the suspension - I never used any cheats, programs, facilitation, etc. and now this. played 5h trial, no match with a live opponent, a couple of wbc done, some packages from twitcha previously collected, a couple of matches with the computer and that's it. contact with ea is a drama, dry email that after checking the ban was due me. How do I appeal for someone to look into this. This is some kind of nightmare for me. I am over 40 years old i have been playing for well over 20 years and now ea considers me a cheater. wtf
