it depends on your team itself and how much chem each player has themself

2 applicable players had 1 chemistry and the others 2 chemistry without applying the manager item and it still had no effect

It isnt always the case that a manager increases their chemistry by one
For example, you get 1 chem from 2 danish players (including manager) and you need 5 danish to get the second
If you have two danish people and add a manager, it makes no difference because hes only the third and theres not five
