Other than that adjust your formation to match a faster type of play that compromises defence (have to get a con with a pro)

If you have a bit of knowledge about how to play fifa, you should get in div 6 pretty quick, most of the players from div7 and under are pretty new, and the big majority are really new into fifa as well. So play around the rewards for division rivals as well
