with a 3 back line, can do 4 as well, 2 Strikers formation. Put the line on something around 90-95 and play on counter or short passing

if u pressure someone directly, click double RB or R1 to have 2 players press the opponents in ur back

team press on only shortly to bring them up the pitch, if you leave it on too long, your back line will be all out of formation

thats how u pressure man

and just activate it by arrow left and the arrow it is on afterwards
