Account lost after 10 minutes of network errors - Need help!
​Hi everyone, I'm facing a very strange issue and need some advice.
​About a few hours ago, I was playing normally on the Global version. Suddenly, I got continuous network errors (I use a VPN to play from Vietnam). I tried to reinstall the game to fix it.
​However, after reinstalling and logging in with my original linked Email, the game directed me to a brand new Level 1 account. Even the EA Redeem website shows this new blank profile instead of my old one.
