Genuinely this game has become an absolute joke to play, little Timmy complained he couldn’t defend and now that we have every defender with meta playstyles the little 12 year olds this game caters to now don’t even have to try on the defensive side of things

I just can’t play this game any more. I’m not the best player but generally at the start of this game I was hitting 12 wins in weekend league and got division 1 and would fly through gauntlets etc. but now. I can’t get two back to back wins. I barely made it through the lightweight tournament and the middle and heavyweight tournament, I just get SLAPPED. This ai is so broken, bruiser is so stupid, and this park the bus / spam through ball meta has totally killed this game off. It started off promising but it’s got to the point where because I don’t want to just spam the meta, I’m actively punished. I’m punished for trying to manually defend. I’m punished for not using Pina or Sophia Wilson in a 451 or a 4411. And I’m punished because I haven’t put bruiser on my full backs. I genuinely hate this game now. Why do EA do this every single year? No one likes this.

I think defending feeling inconsistent is the problem. Sometimes defender feel responsive and defensive duels are super fun, other times one micro adjustment of the stick sends them 2m away and leaves a wide gap

I would like to raise serious concerns on behalf of the African FC community regarding the ongoing server situation.

For years now, players across Africa have been forced to compete on extremely high ping due to the absence of local EA servers on the continent. In FC26, while gameplay systems like FC IQ are improving the game tactically, the online experience for us remains heavily disadvantaged purely because of infrastructure limitations beyond our control.

Most African players are forced to connect to European or Middle Eastern servers, resulting in:

90ms – 150ms+ latency in almost every match

Delayed player switching

Heavy gameplay

Input lag in crucial moments

Slower responsiveness in defending and skill execution

Inconsistent passing and shooting timing

This makes competitive modes like FUT Champions and Division Rivals unfair by default, as we are often matched against players with 5ms–20ms ping. In a game where milliseconds determine outcomes — especially with the new FC IQ role-based movements and reaction timing — this puts African players at a constant competitive disadvantage.

We are not asking for gameplay changes — we are simply asking for fair access to playable servers so that we can compete on equal terms with the rest of the world.

Africa has a massive and growing FC player base that continues to support the franchise every year despite these challenges. We respectfully request EA to consider investing in dedicated servers within Africa to ensure fair and competitive gameplay for all regions.

All 6 games of SB world class done, every match 60% posession to AI, nothing but back passes and the same exact attacking play. Impossible to defend of course cus marking doesnt exist. Every player is always far away doing nothing. So they can pass it forever with 0 risk. Every game 5-6 goal for me and max 1 for them. First half is obv vs Ultimate diff, cant get near goal or out of ur box, then 2nd half its back to world class and u dominate.
