PC version of the game is heavily stupid and fragile. This was happening to me so many times, only in online modes, not squad battles.

There’s no fix besides just restarting your game, but best way to PREVENT is to ALWAYS have your controller connected before the game loads up, and always use controller input first to get through the initial screens. I just refuse to touch my keyboard until I’m actually in the game within ultimate team, but really just always stick to my controller. They don’t seem to be patching this anytime soon… let alone are aware of the issue.

I’m gonna put my hands up for partial blame with my issue but I realised there was a bonus objective with the future stars cup and I had 2 entries left which I lost both meaning I didn’t get the bonuses now obviously me only leaving 2 entries in my fault but I’m more annoyed with how I lost in both games every ball was falling to my opponent my players passing was atrocious and my players were making no runs. I normally get 11/15 wins in champs so I’m fairly good at the game and very capable of winning the tournament. I don’t mind losing if the guy I’m playing is genuinely better than me but there feels like there’s so many players that aren’t good at the game beating me at the moment because their getting every bounce back and loose ball. Anyone else having similar issues?

Live events are toxic, champs is too sweaty for trash rewards, rivals same thing again, rush is pointless, evos are trash, pack weight is in the mud..... But loads of promo packs. Priorities and all that. I genuinely can't understand what has happened this series, once beloved and now it's had it's day. Hopefully 2K comes up with something better and buries this game for good.

Platform: PC (EA)

Issue: Heavy input delay / delayed player response

Happens mostly in Online modes (Seasons/Rivals / FUT / Draft/Any Online)

Offline modes feel normal

Ping is stable and internet connection is good

Tried common fixes (V-Sync off, FPS limit, drivers updated) but issue persists

This problem makes the game almost unplayable.

Hi, new to the game. Just bought for my son. Hopefully someone can help answer a few questions we had. Searched online, couldn't find an answer, thought I'd try here. 1) is it possible to just make a super stacked fantasy team (with custom name/colors/etc) for use in Kickoff modes? 2) can you move icons to clubs or created teams in any way? Same use, for kickoff modes

1. No, but you can get close by making a good team in ultimate team and using couch play in the play with friends area.
2. Also no, kick off teams are strict and you can only do that in ultimate team

No problem. I'd say dont worry about the issues you have with the game, the gameplay is just fine with normal teams especially if your son supports a specific one. If he is interested in ultimate team then great, he can have whatever fantasy teams he wants with enough luck/money 😅

I used to do transfers of players when I was younger on the previous fifas

So you can have custom teams

Of whatever player from whatever club transferred into the team youre wanting

In terms of icons tho im not sure

I guess it wouldnt be a custom team name tho, for that you'd have to go into career mode

Im about 5 seasons into Manager mode and the commentary audio continues to fade out and the EA Music starts to play during the game. Its simply fixed by turning off the "Always play Music" option under audio but should be patched.

Try to look at the bottom of the screen where the picture of the pitch is then you’ll know when the gk gets pulled out and either finesse around chip or dribble around the gk
