You have only 2-3 ways to play, crossing is ineffective, shooting is way too assisted the game revolves on gimmicks not skill, lastly it’s all 4-5-1 and 4th man pressing, catch up mechanics are awful. Legitimately I think EA has a blind rat play testing

Method is to Que up in a game and add the opponent and try and get lucky and have him add u back then tell him there’s a glitch and that you’ll give him 1 goal and he does the same and after he needs to forfeit

Your goals count when u do that. Must be a draw tho for it to count

-Turn off auto switching online
-Reduce the effectiveness of ai blocks and interceptions
-for those that park the bus, increase the width of their defensive line
-improve marking on the opposition striker and the cam when you're on the attack
-reduce the amount of time second man press can be used
-get rid of running into players to get ball back. Make it so you actually have to press tackle
-get rid of players being able to raise their foot 8 foot in the air and perfectly able to trap the ball and control it

Football is played with 11 men on the pitch, to defend, all of them have to work together, but in this game you can only control 1 (or 3 if you count r1). Nerfing AI defending is not the solution, and isn't even needed, when you nerf AI defending, you just make it so everyone defending is stupid and things that shouldn't work when attacking, do work, because your defenders are dumb.

ST 1 on advanced forward attack, ST 2 on poacher support, CAM playmaker build up, LM & RM on inside forward balanced, CDM holding ball winning, LB & RB on fullback balanced, GK and CBs on defend.

Line at 60 and set to counter.

Need to be ok with a bit more manual defending than some other formations but the balance between attack and defense is very good, plus 2 ST helps with low block AI defending merchants

so if the guy has, let' say 40 ping and you have 20

I despise your online system; I'd be surprised if you made a decent game. The game is completely broken, there's no fairness in the matches, whoever is rich wins. It's nothing but pay-to-win. I just bought the game to try it out once, I wish I hadn't, it's a terrible game.
