They love it when the AI defending is terrible so they can finally score goals without knowing how to attack. Football is a game played with 11 players, you can only control 1 (or 3 if you count r1 defending), if the AI defenders are terrible, the game is terrible

All of my players just stand there, we concede the goal, then we attack, we score the goal, then the opponent attacks, we concede, then we attack, we score

Like I move my players ahead of time to adjust to where I'm thinking its going like the ball and getting my interceptions. On attack when I tried to play tiki taka the ai no matter the stats would be throwing out backwards tackles. Now after about 25 games only the top top tier defenders do similar feats. Honestly really enjoying it tbh.

Getting interceptions from passes ain't the problem. The standing tackle and shoulder barge are still mostly ultra bad and useless. Playing tiki taka is possible only if you're attack could be fast enough. Try that when rival has 8 players in the box already glued to your strikers.

And it's not like it's uniwnable or something. It's just mind numbingly boring. Just finished a match in div2 where guy literally had 8 players in his defence every time and counter attacked only with his Iniesta and Vini (was winnin' it 3:0 and he rq), yet every time he ran for counter only my back 4 were there and every single one of those counters was pretty dangerous (luckily he bottled it every time) . I don't even know what tactics and assigments you gotta have to have so many players stay back, lol.

Gameplay-breaking bug.

Pressing R1 to sprint causes the EA Music / EA Trax overlay to appear during live matches. This happens consistently and interrupts gameplay.

Before anyone says “settings” — everything is already disabled (EA Music off, volume 0, controls reset, system media controls off). Still happens.

This is an input conflict bug. R1 is a core gameplay button and should never trigger a music UI mid-match.

Not user error. Needs acknowledgment and a patch.

The way they designed the ai is just bad, you can alter it to try doing things more but to change how it acts requires them to build a new ai from the ground up
