Someone else may have asked this already but is there something drastically different with matchmaking now? I used to play FUT every single year from 2014-2022. I played the first FC very briefly, so I have basically had a 3ish year gap. I remember that at the very least I usually played D5 or D6 consistently and occasionally I’d make it to D4. FC 26 got some serious issues with FC IQ.

For example:

CBs drifting wide and leaving gaps centrally,
Wingbacks/Attacking WB not moving like they should,
Inverted wingbacks not moving like they should
Fullbacks focused on "defense" continue to move up to the attack.
Falsebacks switching positions with defenders at the wrong time during a counter-attack.
CMs drifting wide,
Wide Playmakers (LM/RM) played like a LAM/RAM in EA FC 25, and in FC 26 they almost never cut inside.
Wingers (LM/RM/LW/RW) in the final third do not enter the area.
Ball player defenders (CBs) with a build-up focus do not move up to midfield, becoming defensive midfielders during possession of the ball.
