I mean... Lowdrive Finesse w/ Pina, is virtually a goal 99% of the time. At higher skill levels anyone moving their GK does might save themselves once with it, from that point onwards, you know it's coming so wait for it, then smack it with a normal shot on the near-post and score regardless.

What is actually needed, is an overhaul of goalkeeping AI as a whole, with new animations to better save low driven shots, or make them less reliable.

The problem you've got here is two fold. 1 you will make the park the bus merchants park the bus more because they've lost another way of attacking and 2 it takes away another tool to break down those park the bus merchants. So what you're calling for would indirectly make the game worse

the negative to removing goalkeeper movement is the lack of near post goals. i love near post goals, but if they remove goalkeeper movement, everything will just be back post again. Ai keepers dont allow near post goals.. the game is still better without Goalkeeper movement, but they need to find a way to allow near post opportunities like IRL.

I’ve been away for a week, so the last time I played was pre-patch, I updated the game and played a few matches and I’m iffy about the gameplay, R1 dribbling is so clunky, I can definitely tell that AI defending has been boosted stating the fact 88 Gabriel was able to catch up to my Evo’d rashford and snap the ball of him and GK has been nerfed or acting the same way it was in FC25, my Tim Howard before the update was insane, now he doesn’t even move to catch the ball. Every single shot taken against me, he has conceded.

The problem with the game is that it's not balanced. If you want to play tiki taka you can''t because the only tactic that seems playable is counter. You can't play 4-5-1 for example because 4-2-1-3 would be the playable one. And also if we add useless through passing or whatever it's called Goalkeepers that are worse than a duvet low driven and finesse only shots. It can't be 100 dollars lmao

Fidget spinning still works. They nerfed R1, which was vital to punish tackle spams. Jockey is so fast, it's basically sprinting now. Its completely unbalanced. I've been to Elite 6 years straight, hit top 2% and I've never seen a worse counter meta
