@vagrant hamlet I’ve got Eusebio, Charlton, all of them and I’m getting smashed in the silver cup, I started off 4-0, I’m now 8-16, I’m not losing in close games either, I’m getting done 4,5 and 6 nil, matchmaking is a joke, I’m average at the game, I expect to lose as many as I win but I don’t expect to play 20 games in a row and lose 16 because I constantly get matched against better players

I genuinely think I'm done with the Franchise. The game has not been fun for me for years with each year me hoping it would be difficult but no it is worse than it was some years ago it's been a decade since I've enjoyed this game FIFA16. Guys they don't listen to all of the community cause if they did they would have left the game the way it was in the Closed Beta. Defending now is difficult, even for decent players and veteran players. Pros exploit the game so much it's disgusting and the way the community follows them is even worse. Gone are the days when people played how they wanted to play. I'm 31 now been playing FIFA games since 2000 when I got my first PlayStation (PS2) then switched to Xbox 360 in 2007 with FIFA 08. Stuck with Xbox since then. Never had a problem before with FIFA/FC but I guess as I grow older I just want to play casually and not compete with sweats. They know who plays sweaty and they know who plays casually but yet for all they don't do proper match making. Guys who are casual players when I play them it's usually a fun game ending by one or two goals but sweats usually would beat me without me even getting a chance at playing the game the way it's supposed to be played. I'm not saying this to whine and complain. It's just boring and they penalize you for leaving the game. The game isn't dead I just out grew it.

Bouncebacks are huge, select CDM and run backwards, let AI defend, cheaters rule on PC. I get your point. I totally agree with increased Jockey speed, but it should have been implemented together with a nerf of AI...70 depth behavior + team press + off trap, should all be less effective than manual defending after buffing jockey. If you just buff jockey and keep all that AI stuff (triggered from d-pad), it will turn this into the same 0-0...1-0 gameplay we've had. Especially with spider-man GK's at times, that horrible GK movement (worst idea in EA history) and so on, so forth. Virtual football should promote attacking gameplay, goals, attractive plays with smart runs, etc, not 1-0 boring gameplay. I'd bet that in 1 month, everyone will be unsatisfied with attacking AI and movement and will resort to glitchy brainless goals (like trickster rainbow flick and volleys and stuff). Because instead of balancing stuff, they will go 180 degrees the other way, as they usually do 1 month into each game :))))
