my FPS was fine, I had an issue with the controller not responding during early access, and out of nowhere it just started working, but then yesterday the FPS started dropping even in offline modes (which didn’t happen during early access) and there’s now an input delay where players take 5 seconds to respond, it’s unplayable

This game sucks. Gameplay is terrible. It’s barely a step up from 25. It’s all BS and lies from EA. Can someone tell me why every patch scores has made the general gameplay worse? very interesting. I too believe there is a 'fast' and 'laggy' gameplay, and it seems related to the settings not properly loading/saving/applying. HOWEVER, i believe it is actually because of control devices interfering, on a 'layer' in the background. I am using using a dualsense and I believe the game is running a sort of emulator for the controller, now that it supports it natively. I think depending which controller the game puts on the top 'layer' it loads different settings profiles. That's why changing things/deleting settings can temporarily work. When you get the keyboard enter button as the first prompt that shows up in the game, you might be onto something there. I get that 95% of the time. I've tried disconnecting my keyboard but the game still displays it as a controller option. Perhaps the mouse is causing it?

@willow silo, please fix the PC version as soon as possible! It's unacceptable that the PC version isn't optimized at all, regardless of the hardware you're using. Was the game only optimized for consoles? Controller bugs, FPS drops, stuttering, input delay—these are all problems that only occur on PC. I'm certainly not going to cap such a crappy product at 30 or 60 FPS just so I can play it halfway decently. #1422974623871406162

@main pier yous need to sort out the game already. It just feels boring! I get slowing the power curve. But that can be done with player ratings like you’ve done with the cornerstone players. But rewards need to be actually worth the play time. Like sweating out 30 points in rivals for a few packs just ain’t it. The packs need to be worth it or the player base is going to disappear fast

Ah. I’m not sure how it works on pc, but when I load into a game on ps5, I can open my dash board and check the player I playing against if they don’t have there games hidden. I’ve got over 200 hours already so I get folk leaving all the time as well, hence the reason I said that could be why

Game not made for the average player, just for streamers and people with money. Always disconnecting me from squad battles, rivals or divisions. Never get maximum points because of this. Plus never get good packs, always see streamers etc packing the best packs and getting the best players. Really fed up with this game, paid to get it early and was just a waste of money
