I was playing UFL, and guess what? The only thing you really need is R1 defending (or circle), to pull your defenders back and keep shape.

And before anyone starts with the same old: “mEh mEh, that’s just AI defending again” — no, it’s not.
This is manual defending.

With R1 in UFL you actually need perfect timing. It’s not autopilot, it’s not the game defending for you. You have to read the play, react, and time it right — and when you do, it feels FAIR.

Just play UFL for a couple of days and you’ll know exactly what I mean. EA could seriously learn from this

Handicap (difficulty balancer) is just AWESOME: Leading 0-3 at 65-70 minutes in SB or Rivals, the game can easily destroy you and you will lose 4-3 or 5-3 without even realizing what happened.
