Since FIFA 20 onwards (and now in FC 26), online friendlies have become unplayable compared to FIFA 19 and older titles.
• In FIFA 19 and before: Matches between me and friends on other continents ran smoothly with minimal input delay, even over long distances.
• In FC 26: Playing the same friends now results in 200–300ms input delay, button lag, and unresponsive controls. Passing, shooting, and player switching occur noticeably late.

This makes Online Friendlies — one of the most fun casual modes — frustrating and often unplayable.

The “host” or the player closer to EA’s server often has a clear advantage.

1. Why Online Friendlies are routed through distant servers instead of direct peer-to-peer.
   2. Whether peer-to-peer or improved server routing can be re-enabled for Online Friendlies.
   3. How input delay can be reduced so this mode becomes playable again, even across continents.

PLEASE FIX THIS AND STOP DISTRACTING WITH OTHER STUFF WHEN YOU KNOW THIS IS A SERVER ISSUE. Or at least acknowledge this and let’s chat about it. It’s not fair.

Name other games that have the amount of issues FC games have on release , it's clear that a yearly cycle isn't enough development time for a game, I'd rather a new game every 3 years or every 2 years but with two developers making the games like cod does making it a 3 year cycle still and have updates to kits ect until then , he'll reset the game every year for ultimate team to 0 again until then yearly for all I care with new cards

Instead of having graphics on auto switch to high or medium and turn off unecessery graphical settings . That worked for me and also have 120 fps max with 50% vsync on. If you dont have a problem with playing on 60 fps. I havent had any controller glitches and the only lag i have is when second half starts game runs on 10 fps for 5 seconds

Why have I been unable to find usable, or even moderately strong, or decent players for some time now? I'm fed up with the game's anti-drop feature. Some people find Ronaldo at an 82+, while I find an 82. I find it scandalous that I have to sit here complaining about a problem that I believe needs to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible, simply because everyone is finding strong players, or at least players worth 70,000-60,000 credits, with which you can build a competitive team. I've come to the conclusion that either this problem will be resolved or I'll take action by uninstalling the game and not persisting in purchasing the product in the coming years. Over these 10 years, I've opened packs in Ultimate Team mode, but I've always come to the conclusion that you only give strong, medium-strong, or otherwise usable players for the Ultimate Team to certain people, while poor, deluded people like me never get anything, or at least a few half-sized players here and there throughout the year. The difference, however, lies in who you get, and it's not possible that I open an 82+ pack and find an 82, and then immediately open TikTok and find a clip of a user finding a Ronaldo icon. What I'm asking for isn't a Ronaldo icon, even though I'd appreciate it, but rather an honest drop within my packs. I'm not asking for a walkout with every pack, but rather a balance between strong, medium-strong, and discarded players. I'll close by saying that in the last three years, unlike some of the friends I play with, I haven't had a lucky year. I'd like the problem to be resolved. Thank you for your understanding.
