Make Hongmoon essence and bless potions account bound items

bp is char bound and u get ton of em from there, thats why theyre not acc bound

its per character, plus all compensations(wich u can redeem in wtv character u want) unless ure just burning pots into a useless place like bbr i dont see u spending more than a couple per day unless u stay the entire day on the pc playing

I changed class recently, all my bless potions from compensations are sitting on an abandoned character hence why I made this post. same goes with the hm essence.
