is the same gcd group of helix/hexstorm

there is always a slight pause of helixes on v cast

usually it should be like this

the value increased with the wl buffs so i'd assume it's the increased value and the desc is just wrong like the soul badge

stacking is something you do after you get the base skillbooks

so you want to get 1 of every skill listed there first before you think about stacking

the only exception is leech

you only need green leech

since getting higher only increases the dmg, which is nothing to begin with, and gives defensive bonuses which aren't that useful in pve

this kr wl, i linked their video a while ago, they have leggy helix and V as well as 48gm in both. they had no issues upkeeping leech with just base soul shackle. granted their rotation was different. they started the fight with just leech and when siphon ended they used 3 and SB
