so I guess it's far more ping friendly than I imagined

just a quick question, could i change soul shackle to heroic tether blade? i got its bound book, it goes on a 16s cooldown instead of 24sec, and it does brand wich allows me to use leech same way as soul shackle

though you should not use either one if you are able to full stack on those slots, but that's another story

minimum would be 2 leggy dc (including base) and 3 purple dc, which would allow you to run 6 purple wingstorm with base leggy V. Other option would be 3 leggy dc including base with 9 purple V including base
