Just assuming you crit everything and only use lmb F , you start with 5 stacks generate about 5 per second so you get to fatal blade in about 6 seconds because of the time needed to ramp to 20. Now if you weave each bottom row skills between fatal you're at minimum starting at 10 electric so which gets yiu fatal in like 5 seconds ,(it's realistically like 4.6 if you got hands but let's just keep it flat numbers for simplicity)
Z and C get you to 20 even faster than X does and if you're good at boss rotation you can use RMB to lose 1 flash and trade for roughly 12 to 15 electric. In 3 seconds
Getting to 20 stacks giga fast is going to be really easy. So at that point I'm wonderful if you stack fatal like you stack sever because it's going to bu a much much larger chunk of your damage
