the problem is tying the rotation with pulv. There's just so much focus cost with CK if you don't crit and you need at least 30GM CK to get ur crit kicks back

Can someone explain searing Palm increases critical damage to me? How do i get to the next Stage and where can i See which Stage i am? I See Videos talking about dpsing in 3rd or 4th Stage but the buff is only 10s long

The buff lasts for 10 seconds, but you have skills that allow you to extend the timer to 10 more seconds, this time with increased damage. You'll be able to tell which stage you're at because the buff changes color, or you'll get used to it with experience. Some of the skills that extend the duration are, for example, pivot kick, leading palm, roaring tiger, smite, etc.

Here is what I've learned about Searing Palm so far.

  1. The Skill has 1 min. CD and buffs you for 10s. It can be used again within these 10s by using skills that say "Readies Searing Palm". Using Searing Palm again will reset the buff timer to 10s and enter the next Stage of the buff. If the buff expires you can't use Searing Palm until the actual CD of the skill goes down even using the skills that ready Searing Palm.
  2. You can Stack it up to 4 times. You can't reset it a 5th time. You are forced to start stacking from the beginning.
  3. Thus for Tiger/Fire KFM you want to Stack it up to 3-4 Times fast as possible to get the crit rate boost of the 4th stage
  4. Here are some Skills that ready Searing Palm: Counter (1) + Avenging Fist (RB), Leading Palm (X), Smite (F after Searing Blow or F after SS, you will Dash Forward then), Pivot Kick (4 after Smite or after Iron shoulder), Blazing Scissor Kick (1 after successful counter)
  5. Fast way to get to 4 stacks (Counter Variant + Avenging Fist = Stack 1, Leading Palm Variant = Stacks 2, Tiger Fist until Crit + Searing Blow + Smite=3 Stacks + Pivot Kick = 4 Stacks)
  6. There seems to be 2 ways to build Fire KFM. First is with the priority of keeping up the buff. You use Smite + Roaring Tiger as Leading Palm Variant scince IT has 12s CD instead of 18s. Second is the Focus on high damage abilities. Use Pulverize instead of Smite. It has High damage but does Not ready Searing Palm and costs Focus. Also use Leading Palm skillbooks. It multiples it damage by the Stage you are in when used so it should have really high damage. However you lose the CD reduction of Roaring Tiger.
  7. Items of this Meta seems to prioritize the damage playstyle. The Mystic Badge reduced CD of Pulverize on Tiger Strike and reduces Leading Palm by a massive 15s CD after Pivot Kick.

I dont use chaotic surge, but for counter, you get 1 sec I frame if you are using purple tier
