Elbow smash question - deals 2 instance of damage on successful proc. Im getting inconsistencies with the animation. During the attack, counter does not proc when mobs attack me, it needs to be on the brief animation after the initial attack lands.

Am I doing anything wrong here or does it work like that

Idk if any1 answered you but.

1. Elbow smash only works if you have purple version (quite literally, blue version does not work)

2. Elbow smash is unique skill; it is “all attack and defense” skill meaning you attack (thats the initial instance of dmg) and it costs focus and does insignificant dmg BUT if an enemy attack connects while you are attacking it skips the 1st instance of dmg and instead deals the counter instance of the dmg, which hits harder and grants buffs.

Both instance of elbow smash can be ani canceled and you will lose on its benefits if you cancel either of the animations hence its a very tricky skill to use.

I don't off hand. I could potentially make one but the general feel of wind pulverize is 2rf three times into pulv. Sometimes if your 2rf is very clean/fast you have to do an extra lmb as its not quite back. This helps with focus anyways.

also, my build is really just wind (cyclone kick as the main damage) with pulv/comet as additional spenders. I haven't run the numbers to see if 48gm pulv with wind is good, cause im in too deep on bound cyclone kicks lol

there was a time way back where pulv was my top damage but those days are long gone
