the ap/sec ratio is around 1, higher than hs

so in reality, if we only talk about book scaling, is similar to hs but worse in every way possible

both build have damage came from 1 skill 90%+ of the time, hs is like 97-99%, dt is probably like slightly above 90 with dt badges.

but dt is with worse ap multipler, more buff skills required and draw stance.

is buffed number wise, but apart from tab animation is a lot smoother, none of the dt issue were solved.
