I would say, it depends on what you need.
If you use the pierce or puncture build, fissure is you way to go, you need that focus.
If you play dragon tongue you could use it instead of boot I guess.

so after some experimentations ive found 2 of the ways where cyclone bugs out

one which is the thing i stated before which is when u block before 2-3 seconds of block cyc going back and it does show for a bit and disappears without being able to actually click it even if you try , but this is the light bug edition

the heavy one can happen when u try to block reactively at last milliseconds from getting hit and it does what i like to call a schrodinger block

it doesnt actually block as the attack goes through , but it does block as the block cyclone appears but bugs both it and lmb cyclone and u cant do neither for some time

btw there's atleast one more way to bug it out but hasnt figured out a fixed pattern to it yet
