i think tenten touched it pretty well, its empty cause we got legendaries early and book stacking early. in KR, they have lots of time to fill the economy with purples since no one was stacking and there wasnt a reason to salvage them(no legendary yet)

Have to remember that not all classes are equal. Blue stacking DT as a low ping BM is only possible if low ping. Otherwise blue BMs would be below min dps. Destros with a purp main dps skill still struggle to even do min dps compared to another. BDs blue stacking seems to struggle with min dps as well without any purps.
