This problem was the one that killed the game in 2016 and it will do it again now if it is not controlled properly.
My short term suggestion is to simply have a GM go through all the channels in deva and pinchy, banning all those bots which is where they are farming the most, and also controlling the game chat by placing a timer to be able to spam the chat as well as the minimum level 30 to talk in global chat.

Believe me, this game would have been a great competitor to all the currently popular mmo's if it didn't have this bot problem.
The fact that 1000 people play it when it could be thousands doesn't make it a real problem.

I've played Live since 2016 and still haven't got any problem, Neo will have those bots cleaned out too, they are working on it so just be patient

i have been playing BNS since 2013 (playbns private server which it was so crowded and fun) then 2016 live EU but lets be real as long NCSOFT in charge all their games will be face with same end, this company is ruined everything they done.

It's insane. It so easy for them to see these bots all over the game and its obvious they dont care.
