probably from npc rng boxes
but yeah, adornments for those are not obtainable

Demoniac has not been available for ~7 1/2 years and you were probably in the same boat as me where you managed to get the outfit but the hood was elusive, as the set was extremely expensive when it first came out via some type of RNG method. 7 year wait.
