I'm not sure what the complaining is about really? Like I get that the outfit you wanted didn't come back, but new outfits have typically come on major patch releases usually in the cash shop events (trove, rng box, fortunes). The community has been begging them for years for them to start rotating old outfits again, so is it really that shocking to see old outfits returning in the rotation?
They actually listed to feedback for once, brought back old outfits, made them available for HMC and even removed purchased limits on them. The prices (ncoin) for the most part are way, way more reasonable and affordable than before (think Summer Starlight or Outfit BP prices compared to these). They even separated the cat outfits so that people that can't use them or don't want them aren't paying more for the bundles for a useless item. For the bundles that include tradable weapons, it makes sense for them to be more expensive, but I'm not 100% sure that $25 is the right price. Maybe $20 is the sweet spot, idk.
If the logic behind the hmc price being more expensive than the ncoin in terms of quantity needed is that there's no limit on hmc purchases (and hmc is technically free), then I'm all far it as long as they don't start doubling the price or anything of the sort. That'd be decent step up from how things have been done recently with hmc purchase limits.
Going forward, I'd say they should make this kind of outfit rotation a regular thing, either biweekly basis like it used to be in Daily Specials, or month/patch long specials in the main store. Like butters said, there's hundreds of outfits that haven't seen the light of day in years.
