SUPER TLDR: If you planned on ever swiping in this game, now is the time to do so. All 3 have great value. Pet gem pass is EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE, one the best the game has had in literal YEARS. Sterling pass when paired with boosted upgrade rates event makes it EXTREMELY EFFICIENT.

Battle potions as usual will give 500 points, which is equivalent to 2 coins per potion regardless of the type of pass it is.

Vesper Season 4

For $30, this is pass is still very efficient, but I have the same feedback for it I gave here #1250263242211725373 message, in addition to hoping that the contents of it were updated to reflect the release of Reeling Depths.

The pass still contains the selection box for Maggan and Naraka Fragments as opposed to being updated to be a selection box to contain Naraka and Yakan Fragments. The soul badge fragments could or should have been updated to be mystic badge fragments, or become a selection box containing both soul and mystic badge fragments. Outside of this, solid pass as usual.

Purchasing potions for additional items is also decently worth it for anything you may decide to pick up, whether its the Brilliant Stone (one Plentiful Battle Bundle will get you it), Vesper Stones, Blood Night Stones (these are the tradable version), Battalion Vials (they cost 1 coin so 1 potion wil give you two attempts at tapping a badge or glimmer stone/amulet), or tradable mats (RNG box event is more worth it for tradables than this).

Heart Pass

Similar to the pet pass, this one requires a user to attempt upgrading their Zealous, Fealty, or Wind Tiger Heart 43 times in order to fully complete the pass.

For $45, you will get 100 bound sterling and 450 tradable sterling (and other stuff, but these are the main prizes), with every 10 or 20 coins thereafter being able to purchase 30x bound or 50x tradable sterling respectively. This pass effectively makes tradable sterling scales cost $0.10 per scale, which when compared to the previous scale pass it was between $0.18-$0.19 per scale.

For another $45 each, you can purchase up to 5 Premium Wind Tiger Heart Upgrade Special Battle Potions, which each give 125 potions (250 coins) and 4 Grand River Psyches. These psyches you can transmute into Transcendent Red River Psyches with 10 Transformation Stones, which are the current highest tier psyche for the heart. 250 coins will also give you 12.5 bundles worth of the 50x tradable sterling, meaning that each bundle will give 600 tradable sterling per bundle, or 1250 for every 2 bundles. This effectively puts sterling using this special bundle at ~$0.07 per scale, while also providing you with the highest tier psyche currently available.

With above average luck, maxing a Fealty heart will cost less than $240 of tradables (the statistical "average" number of tradables used for 11-20 Fealty on boosted rates would be ~4295 which would put you around $410). This pass is very good. The soulboost+ tablets will also give credit towards this pass.

Pet Gem Pass

This one by far has the greatest value especially after what they did to costs for tiers past Hexagonal (they simply could have given us KR costs but instead somehow made it worse than it was before).

For $30, fully completing the pass will give you tickets for up to one Octagonal Pet Gem, as well as 155 coins, which is enough to exactly purchase one of each of the Hexagonal, Heptagonal, and Octagonal vouchers, meaning for $30 the pass will effectively give the user 2 Octagonal Pet Gems.

The current end game BiS Pet Gem setup will have Eminent Triangle versions of Diamond, Carnelian, Calcite, and Kunzite, and Octagonal versions of Tanzanite, Jasper, Obsidian, and Garnet (once Eminent Triangle versions of the latter four come out, it will be these eight). This means that in order to purchase a full set of end game BiS Pet gems, you will need to purchase enough vouchers to get 4 Eminent Triangles and 2 more Octagonal Pet Gems.

The cost for vouchers are as follows:

  • Pentagonal: 25
  • Hexagonal: 35
  • Heptagonal: 45
  • Octagonal: 75
  • Eminent Triangle: 210

Something to note for West: These vouchers have no purchase limit unlike KR, which have hard caps on each tier of voucher, meaning we can swipe harder whalehyper

Assuming a player starts from full Squares (which is what Soulboost+ provides), a player will need to purchase 7 Pentagonal, 6 Hexagonal, 6 Heptagonal, 6 Octagonal, and 4 Eminent Triangle Vouchers in order to fully finish a set of gems, which includes the ones given in the pass itself. If someone is starting from full Pentagonal, you can disregard the Pentagonal vouchers, and also Hexagonal vouchers if you are starting from full Hexagonal. This puts the grand total of coins needed from a Soulboost+ standpoint as the following:

(7x25) + (6x35) + (6x45) + (6x75) + (4x210) = 1945 coins, or 972.5 potions worth from a full Square start.

(6x35) + (6x45) + (6x75) + (4x210) = 1770 coins, or 885 potions worth from a full Pentagonal start.

(6x45) + (6x75) + (4x210) = 1560 coins, or 780 potions worth from a full Hexagonal start.

The Radiant Pet Gem Special Battle Potion bundle can be purchased up to 7 times for a total of up to 1050 potions. For a full Square start, purchasing all 7 bundles is still more efficient and having extra coins left over than to buy individual potions 73 times. This will put your grand total purchase from a full set of Squares be the following:

3000 + (7x4500) = 34500 NCoin, or $345. This in comparison to past prices to get to max tier gems from FIVE TIERS BELOW is unprecedented, and is actually very fairly priced.

A full Pentagonal start can purchase 6 of the Radiant Pet Gem bundles and fully complete their set, with 15 potions worth of coins left over, which will put the grand total cost as the following:

3000 + (6x4500) = 30000 NCoin, or $300.

A full Hexagonal start can purchase 5 Radiant Pet Gem Bundles and 30 Singular Potions to fully complete the BiS Pet Gem setup for coin efficiency, putting the grand total cost as the following:

3000 + (5x4500) + (30x50) = 27000 NCoin, or $270.

Going off even further from there - if you transmute 2 heptagonals through Darkweald gems, you do not have to purchase the 30 individual potions listed above for the full Hexagonal start either, which will save $15.

Lucky Boost Box costs were the following:

  • 1x special offer: $0.63 per box, twice per week
  • 1x box: $1.25 per box, or 20 times per day at 125 HMC each
  • 25x box: $28.13 per set of 25
  • 50x box: $50.00 per set of 50
  • 100x box: $93.75 per set of 100

I made a spreadsheet last event recording every single box I and several other people had opened during the entire event, totalling 3189 of these boxes, which you can find here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pED3O7YEVdPyM0OeXTxYRKug6jakQDH_gSiQXD3Bc90/edit?usp=sharing as well as here https://discord.com/channels/1164688788086345830/1244470069568999456.

The rates we had come to conclusion were as follows:

  • Grand total of S1 boxes: 3189
  • Grand total of S2 boxes: 281 (8.81% chance)
  • Boost Token average per box: ~21.45
  • Boost Token Average/20 box: ~428.97 (usual average between 420-425, skewed by 200 and 500 bundles).
  • Rate of 'extra' items in S2 box: ~47.33%
  • Rate of Gem chest/Jars: ~1/1000 (~0.1%)

Using the average we had gathered from this, the low end you would end up with between ~2100-2145 tokens per 100 boxes, which would put you at that "below $100" mark that you had mentioned.

A 30x bundle of tradable sterling or 30x tradable stigma cost 100 tokens per bundle, while 30x bundles of tradable sacred oils or pet pods cost 80 tokens bundle. This would mean that every 100 tokens, you could puchase roughly 21 bundles of 30x, giving you a grand total of 630 tradable sterling. This would mean that the sterling gained from 100 boxes would be roughly equivalent to 93.75/630, or ~$0.1488 per tradable sterling.

This heart pass is $45, giving you 450 tradable sterling, with every 50 tradable stering thereafter costing 10 potions each (or $5) for 50 additional tradable sterling. This would put you at a price point of $63 for the same 630 tradable sterling, or 937.5 tradable sterling for the same cost as what the Lucky Box would have given you.

If you were to do the entire duration of the event with HMC, that would have cost 70k HMC over the 28 days for 560 boxes, or the USD equivalent of roughly $531.25 ( (93.75 x 5) + 50 + (1.25 x 10) ).

Out of these 560 boxes, you would average between ~11760-12011 tokens. This would give you the purchasing power for 117-120 bundles of 30x tradable sterling, or 3510, 3540, 3570, or 3600 tradable sterling, which is still lower than the statistical average to go from Fealty +11 to Fealty +20.

By spending $270, you can get the heart pass plus 5 Premium Wind Tiger Heart Upgrade Special Battle Potions, giving you 625 potions or 1250 coins that you can trade for 62.5 bundles of 50x tradable sterling. Those 62 bundles plus the 450 from the pass will give you 3550 tradable sterling. That's for half the price of what the USD equivalent of what HMC would have given you, while also giving you enough grand psyches to make 5 transcendent psyches. Spending a further $5 to get the coins for another 50x tradable bundle will put you at $280 for the same 3600 tradables you would have gotten on an average box pull using pure HMC for the Lucky Boost Boxes.

Now tell me again how this pass is a scam and why the RNG box was better.

I did like the HMC option that the RNG box had. bns_bursting But from a spending-real-life money aspect, the pass sounds great for those people.
