@rotund topaz That's not true, you're lying, the error regarding cancellation or entering details has been the same since March 12. As for the ticket, within 3 days you can only apologize and delay, I wrote a ticket to your support with a similar problem plus an additional one with logging in, the only thing I received was after 24 hours that you needed additional proof that I was telling the truth, and then when I delivered it in a new ticket gif files after 48 that you need more time... Error 69704 affects everyone who has premium and wants to go to details to cancel. With every single patch you do the same thing, you give people something that is not tested and then you "fixing" it for another 2-3 weeks.
