Change BD/Des Escape Skill from Tab

1. SUMMARY
   Change the Escape Skill of Blade Dancer and Destroyer from Tab

2. MAIN ISSUE
   Currently the Blade Dancer and Destroyer have their escape skill in their most used defensive skill (SPIN) which is tab so this causes both classes to use it by mistake during pvp

3. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
   1- Move the escape skill to another place for example "3"
   2- Allow players to place skills where they want in their skills bar

and let the boss be released where it was grabbed, don't yeet it into the abyss

Honestly truly skill issue, spamming the tab button is never a good idea and wasting tab when you get cced only means you didn't pay attention to when you got hit with it.

Must be an auto escape user

Iam not saying this happens all the time but it still happens sometimes at the second u clicked tab u got cced so u waste ur escape imagine the bm or kfm having their escape at 1 they will definitely waste it also at times i am saying this as improvement to the class skills bar
