Might not be a game issue but getting choppy frames and low fps (5-25) after powering on until my battery reaches above 35% or so, not sure why. Does anyone have a clue?

its not that i dont think, if its when its plugged in and under 40 and still doing this its a design feature

from what ive read on forums, switching to a 90w charger should fix the issue, its a wierd horsepower one, simmilar to how the ROG Ally wont pull its 35w tdp mode unless rocking a 65w+ charger

It's possible the battery could be having issue providing enough voltage. That would explain why it's happening once the battery is below 30% regardless of being plugged in. The power profile could be correct but the battery itself not capable of the output.
Similar to old school vapes that use 18650 batteries. Once the capacity starts dropping from usage it becomes more difficult/impossible for the batteries to provide the voltage required for the coil's resistance. If it couldn't produce enough voltage it would just provide a really weak hit. You can see a similar effect in phones ESPECIALLY IPHONES due to their aggressive clock speeds.
I would suggest downloading MSI afterburner and Rivatuner(They are included in the same software) so that you can monitor your computers temps and even set it to monitor wattage and voltage for the GPU/CPU.
My GPU doesn't have voltage monitoring available but I can easily help you find this in the afterburner settings.
I've provided an example screenshot of what it looks like, my CPU/GPU are only monitoring wattage but it can still give you a good indication if something else is going wrong.

With it being a laptop, it may just be easier to grab a cheap 90w charger, if it doesn't work you have a spare charger

Huge FPS drops. Was averaging 70-90 months ago during firefights. Now, even with all settings low and render scale at 75%, I'm maxing 60 frames if I'm lucky

There's nothing we've changed on our end. Could be worth making a backup of your exe and re-unpacking. Sometimes a faulty exe could cause it. No guarantee that's the problem though

Not sure if this has been resolved but I was having the same issue and i think my laptop was using my integrated card. I was seeing the FPS drop down to 3-4 and then go back up to 30. I was also having my monitors freeze up and became useless and rebooting was the only fix. Since forcing Windows to allow the game to use my actual video card, i've been up to 120 FPS now
