Can you provide a screenshot of your EvoGame/Content /Paks folder? Like our user did in this thread?
Also, are you launching through the Side 7 launcher?

By directly opening, you mean clicking the exe directly? Not opening the side 7 launcher and clicking launch?

The launcher is the right way to launch. But that issue you're facing is a bad unpack, which is not uncommon.

You'll want to delete the one at EvoGame/Binarines/Win64/xinput1_3.dll when doing the unpack process. It'll reappear the next time you launch via side 7

Did you restore the exe to the original 26 MB packed exe?

If you try to unpack an already unpacked exe, you are likely to get that error
