Got it. It's possible the action is cancelled because a player joined. Are you able to try and set the map again? If not, are you able to exit this menu? It may be helpful to ask another player to leave the room and rejoin if the room gets in a bad state. This will typically fix it.

adding onto this from what i have seen doing that doesnt fix the lobby

In that situation, please file a report with the dev team with the steps produced to get the lobby into the bad state for the dev team to look at.
