if it really extract, maybe longer but not to that extent

If you drag it from winrar/7zip then it's their problem that it takes so long

#

They simply put it into memory and from memory it is written to the folder

#

resources will be processed very quickly when extract with winrar/7zip or your installer, but if it comes out from memory, it will be processed again from Windows and it takes a really long time.
