I don't believe so, I went down the private server rabbit hole on my steam deck a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't get cultivation to run on Linux. But I've been running genshin gio and lunarcore on my steam deck using an SSD Windows install. And everything works fine that way.

Setting windows up on an external drive is pretty easy so, I'd try that.

You shall replace SteamOS with WindowsOS which i wouldn't recommend it.

Wait, can't you just install hsr on a windows machine and cultivation patch the game and then run it on steam deck with the anticheat patch with honkers railway launcher?

youd have to download windows on your steam deck, it could actually work just follow the same steps and use your steam deck as a pc, its complicated tho
