(original this post was about connected systems not making a second shield for bruiser but i thought to edit it to better fit what im trying to say)
I know this isn't really a beta issue but connected systems for the acid grenade got buffed so i thought it was sorta relevant. I feel like as an exotic connected systems is pretty lacklustre and uninteresting and i think it should either be reworked in some way or buffed to be more interesting and useful

It doesn't use his existing shield charge if he has one, but because you can't place more than one shield, you're forced to use either Connected Systems or his shield at any given moment. You can pretty easily place shields back to back though

yeah you're right just tested it but it should probably let you have more than one shield
even though it is small its still an exotic and i feel like its kinda underwhelming for being an exotic. Maybe they should do more than just let it count separately so you can have multiple shields/grapple polls, It might need a bigger rework than that in my opinion

I think the issue is that you could abuse it to get multiple overshields with Unconditional Protector. I dunno how to really solve this. maybe give him a mod that allows for two charges of his shield

i left to experiment with this and even with having a new shield ready as much as possible the overshield doesn't ever get high enough to really matter
i would still die really quickly
