DvG is a bit of an issue imo. There isn't anything else like it for getting loot. the cranius buff is nice but that's 4 drops once a week which I feel is waaaaay too long. Besides that you could either do rampages/cleanups or the titan secret for loot drops.

Having about 78 hours in this game all the currencies I have stacked up is insane and there should be something to spend them on other than just mods. I've got 400+ yueco 700+ everything else and 3000+ gats and it just sits there. I like your idea for the "greedy merchant"

Different missions should also have incentives too as the only incentive missions have us there modifiers for more xp. Different missions types giving more xp than others I think would be great as they're all the same except for rampage and maybe they can introduce a modifier that gives a mission an additional extra loot chance

I disagree with having characters locked. It is fine as it is but they do need balance. Glider op but fun. Buff the rest instead of nerfing glider. Bruiser's killcode should insta kill since he dies. A suicide build should be strong enough to compensate for the death and time it takes to be revived.

As for resources, what we could do is get DRG equivalent of beers and pay them with resources for a raid boss missiong or something very hard in general. It can help with resource usage.

I feel like a more balanced approach would be by including both buffs and nerf. By slightly nerfing an overperforming character and slightly buffing an underperforming character you can bring them closer performance wise, without having to deal as much with the backlash of nerfing the op one, nor having to deal with the problems that come with only buffing people.

This is fantastic feedback, thank you for writing all this! I hope they take all of this into account. The only thing I kind of disagree with is glider being too prominent. Though I do think that bruiser is a bit behind.

think id rather have it the other way round, its annoying for a game to make the screen shake affect how you aim, just make the screenshake affect the hud but your shots still shoot straight

@jovial crypt @buoyant quiver I'd love to hear your thoughts on why you gave this a thumbs down. I don't mean to call you out, I genuinely want to know. I think having a healthy discussion about it would be great for everyone. With a post as large as this, surely you don't disagree with absolutely everything.

Too much ammo. I don't agree because with AoE you will gain them instantly even if nerfed. But single target weapons will have no ammo at all.

Higher difficulties. I don't want current to be tougher but I'd like something like haz 8. Where it's not just more enemies where my PC gets melt with 0 fps

Why would you REMOVE flexibility with removing adjustable swarm intensity? Just stupid

MIRV build is not broken, infinite heal is.

I agree that glider is overpowered and rest are not that good.

Locking characters is NO FUN, why would you do that?

Oval tank is more tanky than abominations, idk what's the problem with that

Enemies don't feel like a team. It's a swarm game, they won't ever. Or you want a chain of immune drones defending shield generators and each other?

Recolouring enemies and calling it double enemy type is the worst technique in gaming industry to make "more enemies"

Spawning mechanic is okay, we don't need costly animations that will cause lag just because enemies spawn

I agree that killing enemies mission should have WAY more enemies on higher difficulty, cause locked by timers mission give worse rewards for more effort

DvG is DvG, it's made for players specifically to farm it.

Resources don't have to be nerfed, I don't want to grind them even more. I had more issue getting gats than them though.

Sidequest doesn't give you 80 of each, it gives like 10-20 each

999 resource lock is dumb though, we need a way to dump them somewhere or change for something. Gamble for upgrades?

You want to remove ability of disabling headbob and screen shake? What? Are u crazy? In every game removing them will advantage but it's not the reason to remove settings options

I don't think gliders need to be nerfed

There just needs to be more incentive to play the other characters like bonus xp for each unique character

That way you reward people that play more niche play styles without penalizing the more popular options

The nerf i figured would solve almost all the problems is make pocket rocket and the fast cooldown but hurt one a hollow mod so they cant be used together

Also 100% DR on ripper being free needs to be reduced

They should cut the DR to 75% to allow some brain cells with playing a melee build, and the DR to only take affect when holding the ripper, I shouldn’t need to get DR when I’m using other weapons just because I ramped up the kills necessary (which truthly it’s VERY LOW)

Also for glider, there could be some potential opportunities for tuning, however I believe the other characters should be buffed/reworked accordingly; maybe close to the potential that glider has instead of immediately nerfing her to fix the issue.
