UpgradeRotate, a mod that allows rotating upgrades

Hi everyone! I've made a mod that allows rotating upgrades for your weapons/character. It might be considered by some to be a bit overpowered but I missed the ability to rotate at least some of the upgrades.

This mod works both with controllers and mouse/keyboard input controls.

As an idea if this gets implemented into the game, it could be interesting to have some upgrades be rotateable (e.g. only green class upgrades), and not others

Its takes long enough to get to level 10. I've been playing for like 15 hours
