#Did anyone's demo break after the hotfix

Would the processor and graphics card help?

GPU: Snapdragon® Qualcomm® Adreno™ GPU
Processor: Snapdragon® X Elite X1E78100 Processor 12 CPU Cores (3.40 GHz)
Not the high end, but it was able to run it well pre-update. It would show the UNDERPOWERED textbox but still load the demo. Now the demo won't load.
Could you check your UID?
Is there a way to check in my Krafton account? The game won't start for me, so I can't check there

Could you please generate and send it by following the steps below?
How to Create a DirectX Diagnostic Tool (DxDiag) Report:
- Open the Run dialog box: Press [Windows + R] to open the Run window.
- Enter the dxdiag command: Type dxdiag and click [OK] to launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
- Save the report: Click [Save All Information].
- Choose a location to save the file and name it (e.g., DxDiag.txt).
- After saving, click [Exit] to close the window.
Once you’ve generated the file, please send it over so we can proceed with the investigation promptly.

Just commenting here in hopes of finding this thread again after work, because I am having the exact same issue. (Could log into the demo prior to the update; can't do so anymore.)
Hi @median perch, Could you please let me know the PC spec including whether it's laptop or not?
It's a laptop, Win 11, Ryzen 7, DirectX 12, 16 GB RAM, over 600 GB free memory. I suspect my issue might be GPU related. Someone had me look in Task Manager last night, and it just says AMD Radeon(TM) graphics, but no number besides that
I might be able to look up more info when I am home, but I don't have the laptop with me right now
I know I can play Hogwarts Legacy on it, so I was hoping it could handle Inzoi too, and it did fine with character creation for two days, but after the hotfix, it now gives me the insufficient video memory error if I try to open the demo app
Even if I have to dial down the graphics with a more cartoony filter, that would be fine, but right now I can't even open the game
If I had never been able to get into the demo at all, I would assume my laptop just isn't high spec enough to handle it, but since I was able to create characters in it on two different evenings before this happened, I am hoping it's just a temporary issue.
Is amd the GPU? Something I suspect is that maybe if the graphics card isn't nvidia, it won't detect it

If you're getting “DirectX 12” or “Memory” errors, check this list:
❌ Your PC Can’t Run the Game If:
- You have an integrated GPU
- Intel HD / Intel UHD / Intel Iris / AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics → These won’t work at all.
- A dedicated graphics card is required.
Exception: Ryzen AI HX MAX or Strix Point APU

hello, i posted it, if it only says amd radeon graphics, it means you dont have a dedictated graphic card, which means the game wont run
in the task manager, if you have a graphic card you should see 2 tabs of "GPU"
one of it being the cpu graphics and the other the gpu one
OK, I appreciate you looking into it. Do you think it would work if I use something like GeForce Now, or would the lack of a dedicated graphic card make even that not work for me? (I know next to nothing about tech except as an end user.)
geforce now was made with the purpose of being runnable on weak pcs, you're basically using "someone elses" pc that has the required hardware trough a internet connection

@glossy verge So I just played an hour of Foundation using GeForce Now to test it out, and it worked great! So I am fairly hopeful it will work for playing Inzoi also.
Granted, I doubt that Foundation needs as high specs as Inzoi, but the last time I played, it was playable but a tiny bit laggy and the terrain didn't look great except up close, but tonight I didn't have those issues. So 🤞 .... I hope it will also make Inzoi playable for me.
