Keep sleeping can be used when zois wakes up before their sleep bar is full and it keeps them sleeping till its full.

Mind you I play on 4hr and 96min days so I don't know how it functions in 48mins but that's how it's worked for me in those day configurations

I usually just edit any space i want one in and add it. I've done this for all the parks in my worlds usually in the shaded areas.

A workshop business is a great idea. Is the workbench an option for business activities? I never checked.

You have to go to ‘Mods’ in the game lobby.
Then go to ‘Add Mods’ and select CurseForge.
You’ll find the mods you need there to get the full outfit, along with lots of other mods from other creators

Mirror reflections are 'degraded' on purpose for performance reasons.
I still get the flickering in the mirrors even with realistic shadows turned off. Especially when sleeping. (Time acceleration)

Hi guys. So I when I download a new zoi from canvas and then it pops up if I want to download the mods that comes with it, I always say yes. Now when I go to CAZ it doesn’t include the outfit. I have another zoi I used to play a lot with and now when I log on her clothes is all missing. Any idea what I’m doing wrong ? It was working before but I haven’t played in a few months. All my mods are on and enabled. Just don’t understand why the clothes won’t pop up

Honestly, if moving the size adjuster-blocky-handle things doesnt work, then i'd just give up. I've wasted hours of my life on trying to do something simple like pull a floor to a wall. I usually wind up just deleting the whole wall or floor and rebuilding it. I hate inzoi build mode SO MUCH and no one I ever ask has any clue how to do simple stuff like adjusting a platform, and when you ask the expert builders on youtube, they never answer. Until someone stops gatekeeping, we will never improve. If you figure out how to fix this, let me know! I beg!

My advice is to not get too invested in a playthrough in early access.

For updates itd depend on what each update changes/affects each mod. the game also auto turns the mods off each update just incase so you can still get into the game. So itd depend on each update and each mod.
slow down gameplay would depend on your machine as well what mods and how much/many you have. the more there is the more there would to load

Has anyone got any tips for getting started please!!! I’m a lifelong sims player and I’m finding it hard to adapt to the controls and speed of the game, mostly. I find things progress too slow and I cannot for the life of me figure out build mode or get zois to accept my flirting!!!

👋 You can set your day length in gameplay settings to 48 mins which should be closer to Sims games, press Tab key for point and click if you're in shoulder camera mode. WASD can be set as camera movement in the settings too.

Zois 'accepting' flirting is a lot more complicated matter than it would seem at first.
First of all are they 'attracted' to what ever gender you are? (Set preferences in mirror).
Are you two actually 'compatbile'? In other words you dont have any traits that are conflicting with one another?
You have to start slow with just regular conversation and then when you get to know them you can start with the romantic interactions.

My favorite is spending like 10 minutes chatting up a zoi only to learn they .. for instance.. hate fishing.

Yes, I've had that bug in the past - my Zoi's contacts were dying off like flies from the heat and making her constantly sad 😢 Unfortunately, just using a cheat to change the weather doesn't work - it has to be a different natural disaster (so either a rainstorm or dust storm).

I’ve been having some similar issues. Well, not dirt on the ceiling, but my zoi kept cleaning the same bathtub on repeat and I kept getting a pop-up stating the house is dirty. I got cleaners in multiple times and manually checked around, but couldn’t find anything that needed cleaning. I then used the instantclean cheat, but still got the message shortly afterwards. All the objects that can be picked up and put in your inventory count as 'dirty' things (e.g. books, decor items, even tablets). So if you have a lot of those things as decorations, the game will treat your property as being dirty. It's a really annoying bug that a lot of people have complained about, but the devs seem to be having trouble fixing it.

Yes you can delete all the subfolders below GalleryPost\LoadingScreen and GalleryPost\Recommend. All the content will be recreated when you start Inzoi. The content gets (re)created every time the game is started. There is a soft cap on the size of the GalleryPost folder, about 250-400 MB. The content is advertisement of the Canvas creations. It is Ad-junk that you haven't asked for, but get anyway.

You can hire more employees after you grow the business to the next level (see the various business tabs. It has the info). You should assign tasks (I think upto 7) to the employees. They keep doing these tasks till the end of business hours. For eg, in a restaurant business the employee can be assigned tasks such as cook, restock dishes, bake, cleanup and so on.

Best to update via Steam. Before the update, back up your config, Saves and Mods. (In fact you should be frequently backing up your local game files under %Appdata%)

Quite possible. I had the same situation. I found that it depends on the traits and characteristics. Try using the cheat on the employee to change to suitable traits and characteristics. Assuming no romantic interactions intended with the employee, try traits Achiever or Perfectionist and characteristics Workaholic + Extrovert or Cheerful

By default you can't see the traits unless you have talked to that zoi previously and asked for their traits. So if it is a completely unknown zoi, you should go with the skills when hiring. Then establish conversation and ask for values and traits (you cannot make out the characteristics of an NPC). And then use business type conversations to improve skills, along with lectures and so forth.

set cheats on by (a) enable cheats in the Psyguide left hand menu bottom and then (b) in the game press Ctrl+Shift+C to open a console entry area at the top of the screen.
Here, type the cheat showzoiInfo true
This will show Zoi IDs for all the zois. So go near the employee zoi and move around a bit to confirm their ZoiID. Note it down somewhere.
In the console enter the cheat for the traits and characteristics. The game will display "cheat applied" (or something like that)
Now enter showZoiInfo false in the console to get rid of (hide) the Zoi IDs. Then you can click off the console

For me, it wasn't just a long loading time, the game was actually crashing to desktop. I managed to fix that by deleting the config files in AppData, but now I’ve hit a new problem: the game crashes every time I try to go on vacation to a different world. Put down some farm plots, prepare them, buy and plant seeds, water and fertilize them.
Its pretty involved. I suggest looking up a how to farmin guide. Even though it may be about vegitables it will be the same for flowers.

You can’t go to University and have a job at the same time, no. For now I’d say it’s probably best to just have your zoi get a job since Uni doesn’t do much in the game yet. They’re apparently supposed to expand on it later.

Hey, I'm new to discord, not sure if it's the right channel to post. I have a suggestion for game devs about controls.

• Please add a hotkey to get in and out of the car. Like E or something. It takes longer to stop the car, then press C and leave. It would be great to have one button to call a transport and get in and the same key to automatically stop it and get out.
• I can't find a hotkey for a schedule (not a calendar). I use it as often as a map, and after a new update, it takes 3 clicks to reach.

I also want to participate in the 1st anniversary survey, but this platform is blocked in my country. In case someone reads this, I'm dying to have Exploration / Mystery stories (little adventures in tombs), Survival / Disaster Situations, Justice/cop path as a part of politics.

Good morning … I update that game like a day ago. Mods were fine. Until I got on this morning and it said that some mods were in compatible ( which I knew because they need to update their own mods now) but like why are some of them just plan out missing on the list ? And when I go to curseforge.. it says they’re valid and installed but I can’t find it on my mod list.. it looks like it skipping numbers ? Am I crazy what’s going on

Hey, did you make sure that “Types of Storage: Auto Save” was checked in the Build Mode Property Presets section? Your house might have been auto-saved but not visible in the list if that option is unchecked

When you say it gives you the option to play random zois, do you mean the switching between zoos when in conversation? If it lets you play with a zoi it means they live in the city, they’re townies. You can play as any townie

Hi, has anyone run into a “Content file locked” error with inZOI on Steam?
The download/update always fails near the end with that message. I’ve tried reinstalling and even changing install locations — it works fine on my HDD, but on my SSD it keeps failing during updates. What’s weird is that all my other games update normally, it’s just this one acting up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TY!

The game gives you the desire to "ask to cook." The description of the desire states that when pointing at the refrigerator, there is this action. But there is nothing like this on my refrigerator (please make the refrigerator menu and actions with it adequate. Playing as 3x Zoey in the family, the issue of cooking is the most painful place

Yes, exactly! The zois that have the play ▶️ button live in a residential property in the city, the ones who don’t have it are just NPC.
It’s harder to build relationships with NPCs because it’s harder for them to be available, as you said, they’re always busy and such.
Still possible tho as I’ve married or moved NPCs in with me.

probably has to do with a mod you put in externally like nexus if you arent getting a message when you first load in. mod creators need to update mods i believe

if you dont have nexus mods i would just disable all current mods and maybe load the working ones in 1 by1 maybe

they standardized and changed a lot of lots in the new update, you can press ok to let the buildings update then check your presets for the home itself to replace

If that happens, ask her true love to move in (not sure if teens have the option to do that as well 🤔) then relocate them to another home then you can play as them and age them up as well with a candlelit cake

Try this in the Business settings (app in the smartphone).
For the employee, or your Zoi as the operator, set actions to make the drinks and restock the drinks, and Clean Up
For the customers, set the action to Order and Drink
You can set other suitable actions.
(I don't have the game open, so the wording of the actions could be different)

No. I don't think so. I have seen these settings only for the business your zoi owns.

For NPC owned business, click on the NPC (operator or employee) and choose the action "Order". In my games the kiosk action "Buy" does not do anything. I had better results with ordering directly from the operator. (restaurant business)

Any higher that that and I get a warning that it collides with something even if the wall is empty. Even mirrors from prebuild lots have this problem.
