Does anyone know how to help me with my mods? Only some of them work and I got them from the mod kit in game. I think I did like 90 of them and only about 25 of them worked. I was doing some research and I read that it may be because of updates to the game and that I should try uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work either.

Remove them from your mods folder manually. Also make sure to disable cloud saving in steam (find inzoi in your library, right click on inzoi, select properties and under general disable "keep game's saves in the steam cloud for inzoi"). Disabling this will prevent steam from trying to reinstall files you intentionally removed

I have a question. If I marry a zoi that is already in game with a different last name, can I change their last name so they can have the same last name? The first time I played inzoi, I made the mistake of marrying a pre-existing zoi and when I had a baby, it had a different last name. Does that make sense?

Imo, it's because employees need to be able to make all the items. if their skill isn't high enough, the item won't be good quality, but they still need the ability to. that's why non-menu items and high-skill items are still able to be made. it's annoying because you have to memorize your menu lol.

Just opened the inzoi after the update, my mouse keeps flickering continously. I can't really click on anything. Like opening the options menu it's stuck on the graphics tab. I don’t have a whole lot of time in the game, but I’ve never had an easy experience when it comes to mods. I’ve downloaded only a few in the mods section, but subscribed to a lot in the canvas. When I go to load the canvas zoi preset or whatever, it either doesn’t load anything, maybe only the accessory or only the pants. What exactly is it I need to do to have everything available?
And is there a way to uninstall everything quickly on the canvas so I can just get a fresh restart on it?

Some did, but most of the time I’ve always had issues. Since I haven’t played too much, I suppose it’s likely because the mods haven’t been updated.
But there’s nothing outside of the game I need to help with mods, right? It’s all in game and easily accessible?

updates and stuff is wherever you got the mods. most if not all mods will need to be updated but youll need to wait for the people who made the mods to fix em on there side beforehand. #modding-chat (modding-chat) would be good for you to get help with mods. i recommend downloading one mod at a time testing it and then going onto the next, that way if theres an issue comes up you know its the one you just downloaded

Hey everyone, I was wondering. I made Mrs Klause and her little elves naughty and nice (they were teens) Mrs Klause died and I chose to play her for a while, she went to her funeral and gave her little ones a lit of love before going on her way. Everything is set up correctly: the guests "drink coffee," and the employee "prepares" coffee. The problem is that the Zoi don't follow the rules :/

I just started a new save file yesterday. I didn't really get into the new features yet, except I created a family, and the family tree looks like it's working great! However, for my game, the crime thing is getting in the way. I have one "Troublemaker" in the game, and the others are Visionary, Perfectionist, and Idealist. I've been focusing on the Troublemaker, trying to get her out meeting people and possibly finding a love interest because I would like her to have a baby soon. While I'm focused on her, I get notifications that the mother (Perfectionist, Lively, Neat Freak, Plant Lover, Life of Wisdom) who I left cleaning the house, had committed a crime and the police were on the way. I never knew what crime she committed and never saw the police. My young adult troublemaker was down on the beach getting to know people, and cops were out there chasing people around. They never made any arrests as those whom they were chasing would walk away and eventually sit on a bench and cry. I was actively playing my zoi, and I got notices that she committed a misdemeanor and the cop started chasing her around. He was cute, so I tried having her greet him "with cuteness" or in other romantic ways, but she couldn't interact with him. I don't know what she could have done that was a misdemeanor unless it was the sword-fighting with icicles. I was very confused and getting frustrated. Then the game crashed.

I had the same experience - even with the Zoi I was actively playing. I have no idea what they did wrong and the police are all over them! One of them is very handsome, and my single Zoi tried to "greet them with cuteness" but couldn't interact with them. I'm not even trying to focus on the crime aspect at this point.

Its a shader glitch. Ive seen a few folks with similar issues.
Check your video card drivers are up to date and start messing with the graphics settings is all I can suggest.

Yes, you can do it exactly like that. I do the same thing in my game. You don't even need to go to the main menu for step 9 and beyond!
Just go to the "manage families" screen in the save file you're playing and click the "create new family" button, then follow the steps (but idk if they patched it or not, it was working well before this update) 👀

Yes, I just tried it and it doesn't work anymore, but here's what you can do (or try):

So you might want to try this;
1- Upload your current Zoi to the gallery
2- go back to game, and go to the new family creation screen
3- download the Zoi you uploaded to the gallery
4- change the things you want to change,
5- save it as a preset, and exit.

Then, go back to your save/game

• Use the commands "Showzoiinfo true" and "customzoi (zoi info)" to select the preset you just saved

I fixed it. I had a mod downloaded that removed the towel from the zois in game and when I deleted the file, the sets are showing up again like they are supposed to. So no, they weren’t modded items like I said they weren’t, but it was a mod causing the issue. Anyway, if anyone else is having that issue, remove that mod and things should work again.

Curseforge you just have to re-enable mods in settings. IIRC for nexus you have to go into a manefest.json file and change bEnable to true

Tbh if it is causing this much emotional distress then you should probably do something entirely unrelated to the game, even the support ticket, and recenter. When you are calm and more focused then the ticket won't be so stressful. Go listen to some music or doom scroll for a little bit for distraction. verifying your game files through Steam is just checking the files, not changing unless one is missing, and then it's just a faster reinstall

Is there a way to keep Inzoi from crashing my PC when trying to use the Smart Zoi feature? I lowered my graphics settings and it works for a little bit and then my PC crashes... I'm on win 11 AMD 3900X CPU, AMD 7900 XT 20GB VRAM GPU and 32GB DDR4 RAM, and my PSU is rated to over 1k watts, gold rating. Inzoi is installed on a 1 TB SSD with 300 GB free... I've tried lowering the graphics to lowest and it still crashes my PC... And I don't mean crash to desktop, I mean a hard forced shutdown.

I think I've noticed a new weird bug lol. My zoi moved in with an NPC Zoi like one that doesn't live in the city and now he's in my active household but he keeps 'wandering around' doing random pathing through the city almost like he's still an NPC

it's in the charm section of the computer's menu. but I think you need to have at least charm level 1. once you do the online dating, someone will text you on the phone and if you reply positively they'll set up a date on the following weekend. it's very very basic. would be fun if you could actually select from a handful of profiles or something like that

Do I need to make them and leave them somewhere or how do I get NPCs to order me coctails. My disco is gonna go bankrupt with no sales

Yes, I deleted most of the social things. Kept the being friendly one and all the eating/drinking/ordering things. But barely no one buys something. They just do random things or stand for a few hours and leave.

That’s the “order” action for Zois to buy things from the market displays (when you add things to them). They’ll interact with any kiosk you put to “order” meals/drinks/bakes you set up for sale.

Adding “eat”, “drink” etc seems to cause zoi customers to cook their own meals/prepare their own drinks. If you just add “order” that’s how they buy things from you and eat/drink what they bought.

So you don’t need to add drink/eat/etc just order, worked for me like a charm.

Funny enough when they buy a large dish or drink they can’t eat it lol they just put it away or in the case of large juice they leave it at the table for you to resell it 🤣

Question, first time playing with ghosts, they’re invading my store lol. How do you get rid of them? Talk with the soul guide?
