70-79 is Adult -- 10 days
80-89 is Middle-Aged -- 10 days

It's more difficult to achieve, even with max relationship bar you have more change of getting turned down, but I managed it once or twice. Also teens cannot get pregnant, so don't worry about that 😉

It used to be different, it used to be exactly like RL. You'd get young adult at 20, adult at 30, middleaged at 50 and senior at 65. But they messed it all up in 0.20 🙂

this keeps sadly happening . only way to fix this is after dlc update , update your face presets and fix the color . somethimes the faces in general get a bit warped so it's better to check if they are from a later date then the dlc launch .

The in-game mechanics have changed a lot since the demo days. It's a wonder you could use any of those creations now. You can change their age after you "bring" them in the current version of the game.

This is why they should not remove what worked but update in such a way not to 'break' gameplay. And because of this the aging cheats came into picture but break university gameplay. I rather the game stayed put at 0.20 and have those cheats there🤣

Np. When you get the tile size you want you can use the room tool (R keyboard shortcut) to select the tile and save it as a preset so you can reuse it whenever you want

I don't know how to explain it. But if you create a room so you have a ceiling underneath then you can create a smaller room where the spotlights are in the pic and use the V tool to raise it up to create a platform. You can paint the ceiling by selecting it with the v tool and edit color and material

if you select the ceiling then click the paintbrush. in there theres 2 paintbrush options that you can choose to select a tile or the full ceiling. you can select multi tile spots too

Well I was only able to lvl it up via "throw a tantrum" towards someone or "Express Discontent" towards someone, both actions are slow to lvl it and fast at lowering the relationship with who I'm screaming at... but I got it completed, I do hope they add more ways to increase emotional development

If you're talking about noise then this is an inherent issue with UE5 (the engine the game uses). You can mostly reduce it by running DLSS / FSR at native, disabling ray tracing, and having the graphics as high as possible. Be aware that this does make the game a lot heavier to run and it won't even fully go away unfortunately

Usually this MAY fix itself after the first week.
If not, just quit your job before Tuesday and reapply. That should fix it.
That bug has been present for as long as April, devs have had quite a lot of difficulty fixing it.

Anyone know why the female zoi has a terrible time at fun bed time and refuses to do it after? After the event they both feel upset. I want to mention they are both at true love stage and went on dates, kissed and everything. I've restarted the game 3 times with 3 different zois. It might happen the first time or the second time they do it but the end result is the same. Before the DLC update I never had this problem and I don't know if it's related or not.

Check your zoi's partner preference in the menu where you change their clothes.
There's a square button on the left part for that. Many of my zois that I exported templates for have that issue and needs to be changed each time I use them.

In addition to what Samuriko says above, the relationship progress also depends on the traits of the zois. They may start a relationship, but may not go further, or commit beyond a certain point. It depends on their traits, values and gender preferences. So either adjust, adapt, accept, accommodate in the relationship or part ways.
Incidentally, this is the game - exploring the unknowns in relationships, adjusting and thereby giving a new direction to the zoi's values and life.

If you want to move regardless I have an Idea !

1- MAKE A BACKUP save.
2- Then install the "Realistic Aging" mod. Your toddler should be a child because of that.
3- move to the new lot. It should work.
4- Save your game
5- Uninstall the "Realistic Aging" mod (which will revert everyone to their original age).

Yes, revert or cause aging, but not really. Basically, the mod does not adjust at prorata. So your Zoi always stays the same age.
Example : Without any mods, your Zoi just entered its first day of "Adolescent" which is 20 days old now.
If you install the "Realistic Aging" mod, it does not modify your age (20 days old), but rather it assigns a new age group based on said age.

In the Realistic Aging mod, being 20 means you are at the first day of "Young Adult".
So if you install the mod and start the game, your Adolescent skips that stage and the Teen stage as well.

In Fantaysia's case, she has a Toddler. Toddlers are aged 4-9 in the game, while un-modded .
Again with the "Realistic Aging" mod, being between age 4-9 means you are in the child age group.
So Fantaysia will be able to move her family WITH the toddler (now a child thanks to the mod).

If you remove the mod, your Zois return to the default game's age group where they belong.

On a side note, this is why I want the game to program letting us adjust those from the in-game menu with a prorata fix (you stay at the same progression in the new length of the age groups, no matter what you set it too over and over again). The mod helps, but it is flawed. It also mess-up the pre-generated families and even your saved presets (everything will identify to an age group based on their age as explained above).

Try the following. Make a new save! So you can go back if anything doesn't work out
To add staged stairs in a room, you can do the following:

1. Knock off the ceiling where you want the stairs to go up in the floor above. This will be build later after placing the stairs.
2. Place the stairs. Select the stairs, select move tool. You will see a curved gizmo. Use it to bend the stairs mid way to create staged landing.
3. To build the ceiling, use the room select tool to select the room. Use page up to go to the floor above. The corners of the missing ceiling will highlight yellow. Select a corner and the select build ceiling from the popup menu. This will create the ceiling, which is the floor for the upper story, with a hole for the incoming stairs.

no and this along with how i cant seem to find that set of stairs in the catalog leads me to think they are specific to the preset design of the house making it almost impossible to build the way they did. cant find anything online either other than others trying similar things on reddit. i was able to move the existing stairs but that added a section onto them as if the stairs were outside.

Sorry then can't help! I think the stairs in the pic you posted are custom textured. Try editing the stainless steel stairs. The landing too can be customized.

anyone have a suggestion for faming plots? i have a couple next to my houst but when harvesting they walk all the way inside and up the stairs to place it on a random counter and then back out to pick more. specifically i am looking for if anyone knows of anything related to farming that i can place near the plots for them to put the viggies in

Harvesting? You mean the new crops or the ones in pots? If you get the scarecrow (it's next to the farming plot in buildbuy) it harvests all within a 5m radius (6x6 plots if placed in the middle) and all the harvestables go in the zois bag

Make sure to use the featherbag cheat before starting because it prevents your zoi from becoming displeased when their bag has over 100 items

Those are the same stairs you showed. There should be a circular arrow when you activate the stairs, with that arrow you can rotate the stairs to create different shapes

No potted plants didn't get an update so you only get one harvest from them and they don't go directly in the zois bag. A trick I found is when the zoi is holding the item if you tell them to pick up another item they place the one in their hand in their bag

What are you trying to do? If you want to place it next to an existing structure the wall gets removed, I haven't figured out how to stop that, but if you want to raise the existing structure on a platform just use the north facing arrow (or knob, I don't know the names of these stuff) to pull up the floor and it will create a platform

i gave up. i was trying to make a triple decker staircase but the only way i found was to remove the railings and floor and place a platform to force the staircase onto it. after doing that i thought the platform was the floor because i didnt know how to place a floor. once i figured it out i used the platform to make the staircase and then removed the platform. problem is when i removed the platform and used the tool to make a floor it made a floor with a hole in it where the platform was. i guess the platform was still there in the code to keep the stairs there or something

Can someone explain to me why I can't build walls on second, third floors? They only work on the first floor.. I downloaded this preset from the Canvas but I can't build walls, only change already existing walls. It's like the building tool is stuck on the first floor. that handrail and half wall are the problem, change type those to full wall 1st, and make sure they are all connected so ceiling can be automatically appeared on that roof top area. Then only you can add wall on top of it. You can delete the ceiling and change that roof top wall back to handrail and halfwall after that. BTW what are you intend to add ontop of that roof? Swimming pool?

Hi, I had this problem some months back and have feedback in this discord. Apparently it is caused by some dirty trash behind by Zoi's family building (Hanyeol House). No point building a nice house there. EditAllSites could not delete it. Hence I let my Zoi's family placed some incense candles (not sure whether any effects) just behind the fence of their residence (facing the trash) and remove all windows that faced the trash....🙂 . Zoi's family still complain about it but not that often right now. Wish and hope that all trash in all cities to be removed and taken care of. Just don't understand why no recycle bins around. Trash are thrown or left outside premade buildings that are next to Zois' residence.

1. Keyboard presets - What is the role of Y and Z among QWERTY and QWERTZ? No matter how much I press, there is no change.
2. When rotating the screen, is there a way to rotate it while keeping it fixed without moving it up and down? For example, using the <,> keys.

i know the difference is just the type of keyboard. For example most keyboards tend to be qwerty vs qwertz (depending on where you are) i would think if its not allowing the change it could be keybinds arent fully functional yet as i remember seeing something on the old roadmap for it in december.

for rotating I'm not sure button wise but i know holding down the middle mouse wheel moves it side to side not sure up and down tho

qwerty has Y next to the T where as Qwertz the z and y swap places

so its less about function i think? more likely the type of keyboard you use

The ONLY way I've found to fix it is tou resign from job and reappply.
You will lose progress in the CURRENT rank, but you should keep said rank.
It's a PITA for some of the slower progress jobs...

All we'd need is a "Reset Job Schedule" which would recreate the work days... I've asked for it... back in may, kek.

I've already submitted a bug report, but I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this. Travel option is greyed out, saying 'there is a busy family'. Same goes for the airport shuttle. My zoi family returned from Cahaya about 6 game days ago. No other zoi family has been directed to travel.

Cooking is the slowest but there is a drink the resale lady sells that allows you to gain skills faster than any skill donut can. My zoi went from level 6 to level 10 cooking by making only 3 meals

2. I saved my house with my first Zoi. Will I always have access to this house when I start a new game, right?

the save will remain. theyll be 2 different worlds/saves you can play either at anytime. if youve saved the house as a house pre-set save then youll be able to access it in any save

hi guys! i don't have inzoi as of right now, but i wanted to ask a question regarding the generative AI features. i've seen sources reporting that they weren't making any calls to external servers and were all run on the machine the game is running on. If that's the case, then the models wouldn't be exactly fantastic, right? meaning the AI features are janky or very very limited.

Can anyone help me sort out this puzzle? I am confused why this zoi got this urge. I had seen the same urge on the boyfriend the night before (because I go around to all the houses and make sure the zois satisfy hunger). For him, they attended a party and she declared her feelings for them, making them Sweethearts. He had the urge when I checked in to feed him at the end of the day. The next day, they got together again and she declared her feelings again. She tried to give him a gift that was rejected, but I doubt that has anything to do with her getting the same urge within hours of becoming Sweethearts again.

For her, she had the "Life of Freedom" desired life (I've changed it, but it could've been a factor??), but the boyfriend has "Life of Wisdom" and neither have high Autonomy values.

One possible thing is that in the beginning of the game, he accidentally got into a relationship with a roommate and that was unwanted. So I used the cheat to make them have 0 romantic relationship at all. Could that be the cause of this urge (as in, the game thinks they're cheating)?? Checking the city management screen, there are no zois in an affair, so that doesn't quite explain it either.

Any help in understanding this would be appreciated very much! Thanks! 🙏 ❤️

P.S. Checking in on the boyfriend the second night, he doesn't have the urge. So is it something some zois get when they make a commitment? 🤔 I've never had it happen with any other couple.

No, you don't lose your progress at all. you're still at the top, it's just once they reach the top; they just up and resign. And I also find it quite annoying that the female Zoi's keep having babies without my knowledge....all of my female Zoi's have the maxed amount of children you can have! they breed like rabbits!! 👀
