Todays Floof update..
He showed up for dinner last night as usual after a two-day absence.
He ate and acted more or less normal except afterwards he did not beg for human scraps like he always does. Instead, he just kind of sat there and watched.
But this morning he came in and spent some 'quality' time with the wife napping on the couch.

So I dunno what he went through but seems fine just a little out of sorts.

Floor has been neutered for a lonng time. His days of catting around are long over.

They just get wrapped up on 'new cat' neighborhood drama and exciting rat hunting in the abandoned house.

He is his own cat. One thing that helps me to relax is the fact that he is scared to death of cars.
After getting run over once now he hides and waits till the cars go by.

i had my cat for 12 years and i kept her indoor for all of them 12 years because of busy roads and people at the time was running cats over

eventually in the end she died of liver failure

but atleast i wasnt out scrapping my cat up off the side of the road😔

and he was telling me how safe it was...

Survival games have been hit or miss for me... I enjoy the exploration and good base-building, especially when there’s room for creativity and decoration. But some of them get downright stressful, focusing too much on constant enemy pressure, and my brain just ends up stuck in this weird limbo between confusion and indecision.

Went to my college's open house today. Saw what the first years are working on, and it definitely aint no donut tutorial 😭

But on the plus side, it's the only program at that college that offers a 24/7 access to the computer lab that comes equipped with 4090 64gb PCs and $6000 wacom tablets

But im pretty sure the computer labs are brand new, cause I remember checking out the program website like last year or so and it had hardware requirements. Now the professor said "dont buy hardware" even though i already got it anyways

Yes and it's possible to increase quality of the patterns and sim but I think only patterns are cached (HQ texture size edit in .ini)

I increased mine to 2k, I think Rtt is patterns? I used to have screenshots comparing from like 32 pixels to 2048 (if the original is 256 and 512, try 512 and 1024)

But with Sims 3 settings setter you can use uncompressed sim textures which also makes them look better

Uncompressed textures from S3SS is only usable if you use DXVK, then itll use your VRAM instead of the 4gb of regular memory sims 3 is capped at
