For some reason the Chinese version allows for multiple characters. Not our version.

If your talking about WWM you can roll a new character no charge.
You have to jump through a few hoops but it can be done. Ive done it.

I created my first char as a 'throw away' learner. Only to realize later you can only have one char at a time.
